  Abstract Submission



Step 2 : Payment

When you receive the confirmation email validating your pre-registration, click on the link in the email and proceed to Payment. After filling out the necessary fields you will be directed to a secure website where you can enter your payment details.
Please note that the tickets for the banquet (60 euros) can be purchased together with the registration.

  • - If you have chosen credit-card payment, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. When the procedure is complete, you will receive confirmation of payment and registration.

  • - French attendees can choose to pay with a "Bon de Commande" and may click on the Purchase Order button. Then, you will receive confirmation of registration, attached with a pre-filled purchase order to send back.

Once this step is complete, you will receive an email with the invoice of your payment. You may then upload your abstract.

Cancellation policy
Refunds of registration fees (minus bank charges) will be granted up to July 1, 2011. After July 1, refunds are normally no longer possible, regardless of the general terms and conditions of the online payment site. In the event of an exceptional problem, please contact the Organizing Committee by email.
